Refunds
As I am a handmade, make to order shop - item blanks are ordered almost immediately, therefore cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours of your submitted payment has been received. Thank you for understanding!
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or you received the wrong item - normal wear and tear can not be replaced. Notification with pictures need to be emailed to lc@thirtyonesundays.com within 7 days of delivery. Laundry mishaps are not replaceable so please be mindful of wash care!
As each item is handmade, each item may differ slightly in placement.
Please also understand as I am a one woman shop, turn around can vary from 2-4 weeks. This turn around can change dependent on demand of the item and possible shipping delays.
Once images of damage or wrong item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Depending on the method of payment you used: Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
